Mitchell built the house and transmission shop that he operated for several years. In this auction we are selling the furniture in the house, shop equipment, and tools and trailers. Also there is a lot of camping gear, ammo reloading equipmwent and supplies and collectibles as well as a 1940s Coke box and a 1960s Coke ice chest. There is a whole lot of scrap metal in the form of vehichles, a camper, and transmission parts old implements. Its hard to show the scrap metal in pictures. You really need to come look to get a good idea on the scrap and how you should remove it. Extra time will be allowed to remove the scrap. The house, shop and 3.74 acres is for sale.
