This is the 1st of 2 auctions of Mrs. Osteen's Estate.
This one includes some nice antique items, some fine furniture, collectible glass, high end china, iron patio furniture, concrete planters & benches, etc.
The 2nd auction will include a lot more indoor furniture much of which is high end Hickory Chair Company furniture.
Be sure to read the terms and conditions (T&C) of the auction. There is some important info there and you must agree to abide by the terms before your bid will be accepted.

Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (4% added if paying with card), at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time.
Before bidding you will be required to check a box that indicates you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
"No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be not be allowed to bibd in our future auctions and may find other HiBid Auctioneers will not allow bidding in their auctions as well. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME OR HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP FOR YOU!
