Bids are not retractable. The reason is: If you outbid someone, the person you outbid is no longer obligated to pay for that item. I can't remove your bid and re -obligate that person without their permission. I may not be able to and should not have to contact that person to get their permission. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
Bids are not retractable and can not be deleted. Be sure before you bid! There is a 2 step confirmation before your bid is recorded. Once you have confirmed your bid, it can not be removed and you have legaly obligated yourself to follow through with the purchase if in fact you become the winning bidder.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time, with cash, good check or credit card (if you pay with credit card, 3% will be added to invoice total) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. If you can not pick up during the designated pick up time, DO NOT BID!!
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Buyers are responsible for loading. Bring help for the heavy stuff. Auction staff does not load.
Ocasionally helpers are on hand at the auction site to help load. If if in fact helpers will be on hand, it will be noted in the Winnig Bidder Email With Invoice. They are not furnished by the Auction Co. and work for tips only. If you require their help, be prepared to pay them directly.
